Mahadev Books Refund Policy
We always value your purchase at Mahadev Book. Accordingly, we believe that it is our responsibility to refund the amount when appropriate. Please read the following policy to avoid any unnecessary confusion with respect to refunds or withdrawals in the future.
1. Criteria for Providing Refunds
Refund will be issued only in the cases stated herein
Blocked Transactions
We take such issues very seriously. Please notify us as soon as you notice any unauthorized transactions on your account. If these claims are proven to be true, such issues will be dealt with and refunds to the customers will be made.
Technical Problems:
A user may be entitled to a refund if there are any technical errors which restrict any payments via the system in question. Please provide additional details when contacting customer service.
- Please read : Refunds will not be available in the case of changed minds, unwanted purchases by accident, or other personal issues.
2.Procedure Of Initiating A Refund
In order to apply for a refund, perform the following:
Make an Application
Email us at support@mahadevbook.social with your transaction details and the reason for requesting a refund.
Because of the technical problem I’ve got a few issues
First, the representative of the company makes no comments. Then, the company must offer some form of customer service.
Confirmation
Once verified, our representative will inform you of the ruling. Can you please update us when this information is available?
Post Decision
We have a style in which all active transactions will be executed in 7-10 working days. In the event of a new development within the company, customers will continue to receive emails with details of such developments.
3.Processing Time
After a request for a refund has been accepted, the time taken to process it depends on the mode of payment used by the customer and is as follows:
For Bank Transfer/ UPI
Approve refund request in a time period of about 5-7 business days.
For E-wallet System
Cases like these will take time of about 48 hours after the request is approved.

4.Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:
- User negligence or abuse of the platform.
- Violations of our terms of service.
- Ineligible requests.
